SHIFT PATTERN - Monday to Friday nights, 10pm - 6am
RATES - £11.44/Hr
ROLE - GRINDING OPERATIVE
So what does a Grinding Operative do? This person is responsible for liaising with the teams in the Bakery, collecting product for grinding. You would be accountable for reducing wastage. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following skills.
This is a physical job and you must be capable of lifting heavy loads- You will be operating machinery to ensure a continuous flow of reground product. You must be comfortable working around industrial machinery.
- High level of Hygiene and Safety standards required
- Traceability and accountability are key for customer consumption and audit processes.
- High level of attention to detail and accurate recording of information. You must therefore be able to complete checklists and paperwork for audit purposes.
- The applicant must be able to work with a minimum of supervision and use own initiative
