Duties:- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards- Operate grill station and ensure proper cooking temperatures- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, including equipment and utensils- Follow all safety and health guidelines while handling food- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies as neededExperience:- Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role is preferred- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication skills to effectively work with the kitchen team- Attention to detail in order to consistently produce high-quality dishesIf you are passionate about cooking and enjoy working in a restaurant environment, we would love to have you join our team as a Grill Cook.
