Job Title: Graphic Designer – Marketing
Location: Kirby Muxloe, Leicestershire, LE9 2BJ
Salary: Up to £30,000
British variety retailer Poundstretcher is seeking for a talented Graphic Designer to move their in-store concepts and digital assets forward. With over 300 stores across the UK, this is a very exciting time to regenerate the 40 year old company which is now investing into Marketing to meet its growth objectives.
We are looking for an eager and creative Designer to work within the Marketing team. You will be responsible for the execution of print and digital communications that translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, and easy to understand for our customers.
What You’ll Do:
Create a clear brand guideline with various in-store concepts and for digital
Brand Campaigns
- Creative support on all elements of brand campaign design including but not exclusive:
- Social Media posts
- Email - full design process management for email marketing
- Print – leaflets
- Website banners
- Be a brand guardian, ensuring that all creative output complies with brand guidelines.
Retail PoS/Signage
- Creative support on all elements of retail design within the Commercial department and other supporting functions across the business including, but not exclusive:
- PoS/signage promotional design
- Permanent & semi-permanent signage
- Manage PoS/signage artwork from proof of concept through to print ready proofs
You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years experience working as a graphic designer or similar roles
- Strong brand identity background
- You must have both digital and offline experience
- Background in retail or agency
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Photoshop
- Ability to communicate effectively and liaise at all levels
- Strong design portfolio with digital and physical projects
- Photography would be an advantage but not essential
