Graphic Designer – Livery & Signage
The Company
Hex Graphics, part of The HEX Group, is a forward thinking, progressive graphics and signage business and we’re looking for talented people to join our rapidly expanding graphics and livery team.
We offer a complete end to end graphics service, from consultation and design, through to production and installation. With a proven track record in vehicle graphics, we provide fleet livery for some of the UK’s leading brands including RAC, British Gas, National Grid and many more.
With a strong order book and forecast we are looking to strengthen our team with the recruitment of a Graphic Designer.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Director of Hex Graphics and the customer to understand the customer’s vision for their vehicle livery or signage
- Provide creative conceptual ideas based on the customer’s vision
- Liaise with the customer to develop the concepts
- Convert the agreed concept into a production ready format
- Work alongside the production and prototype team to turn the final concept into the physical product
- Work to deadlines set by the customer and liaise with the planning manager to ensure they are achievable
The Person
Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:-
- Highly experienced in the use of Illustrator
- Highly experienced in the use of Photoshop
- Experience working with Omega would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience working with Onyx Rip would be advantageous but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate in all formats and at all levels with colleagues, managers and external organisations
- Excellent organisational skills
- Dedicated, enthusiastic, driven and self-motivated
