THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our Marketing Department as a Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Coordinator. This is an ideal opportunity for a talented individual to join a dynamic and fast-paced fashion retailer. You will have a good understanding of digital marketing and will work alongside our Content and Photography teams to design a range of business-to-customer content and grow our social platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will report to the Head of eCommerce and will be responsible for the following:
· Designing and building all B2C email newsletters
· Maintaining and delivering a strong email marketing strategy to increase engagement and revenue
· Managing and continually evaluating all automated emails, triggers and user behaviour
· Continually upholding and promoting Jules B’s brand proposition and image across online and print channels
· Liaising and collaborating with content editors, stylists and creative photographers to produce any assets required for B2C marketing
· Acting as the Jules B brand guardian for all visual outputs
· Strategising, designing and implementing Jules B’s weekly social media plan
· Maintaining and upholding Jules B’s social media presence, meeting monthly following and engagement targets across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn
· Creating and scheduling weekly posts in keeping with the Jules B brand
· Reporting on all analytics, KPIs and ROIs at the end of the season to suppliers and directors
· Building, maintaining and optimising relationships with suppliers
· Negotiating a marketing contribution from suppliers
· Adhering to set budgets and reaching KPI targets
· Developing, analysing and executing campaigns in line with brand agreements to improve website traffic and brand presence.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in CRM and digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns
· Must have a strong working knowledge of using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. A keen eye for typography and layout is a must.
· Must be extremely competent using Apple Mac operating systems.
· Must have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design.
· A strong interest in the luxury fashion sector.
· Experience in website design is not essential but some knowledge of html would be considered an advantage.
· Must be organised, passionate and forward thinking.
· A team player with the ability to adapt and think on their feet.

This is a full-time 40-hour contract Monday-Friday, office hours 8:30am – 5pm or 9:00 am – 5:30pm.
Salary dependant on experience
