Job Description

With your digital creative experience, you will deliver world-class CRM content to engage our shoppers and families. You should have experience applying the highest brand standards across the CRM eco-system and delight in data-driven creative.

You are an advocate for integrated CRM best practices and are proficient in the idea of create, test and interate. You are an excellent collaborator across multi-disciplinary teams and above all champion the shopper in every piece of communication, so they are the center of everything you do.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality CRM content, from concept to execution, that elevates and maintains LEGO brand standards.
  • Increase shopper engagement through rich, integrated campaigns and data-driven, targeted creative.
  • Taking direction from Creative Leads, design assets for CRM and Loyalty programs, utilising channels such as email and potentially social, push SMS and display.
  • Present designs in a clear and compelling manner; articulating and defending creative direction choices; collaborate and iterate based on feedback from cross-functional partners.
  • Leverage existing assets as well as develop those that expand on the campaign messaging (potentially photography and video).
  • Partner with CRM, Personalisation, and Loyalty/Membership to continually refine acquisition and retention efforts through create-test-iterate model.
  • Ensure a high standard of visual execution across all work and within all brand guidelines.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, design technology, and new marketing platforms.

The Global Shopper Marketing Communications team brings the LEGO Retail marketing strategy to life for shoppers and consumers across all marketing touchpoints. CRM and our Membership program are critical marketing programs to engage and delight our shoppers and families.

Do you have what it takes?

  • In-house or agency-side experience specialising in CRM communications.
  • Portfolio showcasing digital channel experience, from email and paid social to push and display (print examples a plus), showcasing strong technical and design skills.
  • Provide: A link to an online portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Proven ability to lead on world-class consumer-facing brands with creative examples.
  • Must be an expert level in following applications: Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects), Sketch and Microsoft Office.
  • In depth knowledge of responsive design, emerging technologies
  • Experience working with a copywriting partner.
  • Extensive experience in creative for lifecycle flows and library creation for personalisation.
  • Conversant in creative and messaging testing.
  • Ability to self-direct, context shift, prioritize work assignments.
  • Strong communications skills and an ability to present work intelligently and concisely in internal reviews and in stakeholder meetings.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multi-discipline teams.
  • Experience working remotely with teams in other locations and time zones.
