About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Visual Designer with over 2 years of experience in presentation and branding. The role entails crafting visually engaging RFIs, Documents, Presentations, Marketing Assets, Event Invitations, and Internal Communications while upholding the company brand. A key aspect of the role involves designing highly creative PowerPoint presentations for our existing clients and new business opportunities, with a strong emphasis on maintaining high creative standards throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the guardian of all aspects of the company brand.
2. Design and produce impactful PowerPoint presentations, maximizing its functionalities and tools to deliver engaging and on-brand presentations.
3. Work across print, digital, and ideally motion graphics.
4. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to convey and deliver ideas.
5. Maintain high creative standards for all presentations and play a key role in the production process.
Requirements
About You
You will be expected to have:
- 2+ years of experience in visual design, specifically in presentation and branding.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), and Figma.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, non-rule-based environments.
- Open-minded and optimistic, with a willingness to embrace new ideas and ways of working.
- Comfortable throughout all project phases, from generating ideas to creating quality artworks.
- Experience engaging with the strategic dimension of our work.
- Copywriting skills.
