We’re looking for a creative designer to join our marketing team here working remote but some initial travel to our Kent office will be required. This exciting opportunity is for a 6-8 month period, ideally starting September/October time.

Your role will involve:
- Design e-mail campaigns and landing pages
- Design advertising graphics for retargeting, social media and other web-based campaigns
- Printed design initiatives including brochures, trade show banners, vehicle livery and signage.
- Provide design support for customer proposals, presentations, and tender responses
- Attend commercial and marketing strategy sessions
- Analyse and report on the performance of visual content in line with marketing strategies and objectives.
- Source sustainable and cost-effective outlets for services such as printing, videography and photography.
- Support in delivery of internal communications through branded materials and intranet updates
- Share general administration duties with the Marketing team such as raising purchase orders.
Candidate Profile
- 2-3 years working in a commercial environment in a design role that includes both printed and digital design
- Loves design! Strong flair in Ideation evident through their portfolio
- Experience working to brand guidelines, upholding a company’s “look and feel” whilst effective creative innovation for each independent project
- Experience designing for web and social platforms and navigating image compression and size requirements
- High level of proficiency in the use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Medium level competency in the creation of PowerPoint Presentations
- Self-starter, detail oriented, well organised, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Disciplined and methodical about file organisation and workflow management
- Has an innate creativity to conceptualise designs in accordance with our branding guidelines, whilst also possessing the technical graphic design skills to materialize them.
- Have the ability to self-manage your time and projects from initiation through to completion
- After effects/premier pro experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Skill in creating gifs is highly desirable, but not essential
- Skilled in working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Video or photo experience is a plus!
- 6-8 month interim contract due to start September/October 2023
