Job description

Responsibilities:

• Managing design projects, from initial idea stage to final production
• Follow an efficient workflow, managing the design process with the marketing team
• Take ownership of timely delivery of static and animated artwork for various projects

Skills You should have:

• Ability to work on multiple workstreams, quickly picking up a brief and convert ideas to graphics
• Sound knowledge of social media trends on Instagram, Facebook, Snap, TikTok and YouTube
• Excellent teamwork and positive attitude
• An outstanding design portfolio showcasing an all-round capability
• Creative thinking ability to try out new ideas
• Experience of leading a design team on projects
• Confidence to speak directly to clients, explaining your design rationale to them
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Work as part of a team, responding well to the fast-paced environment

Experience:

• 1-2 years experience within a design or art role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

• Slough, SL1 4DX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Graphic design: 1 year (required)
