Job description
Polydrain Civils is a family run business, based in the West Midlands. We're an independent manufacture of underground drainage systems and advanced water management products. Due to our expanding growth, we are now seeking a talented individual who has experience in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator.
Not only are we looking for a graphic designer, we're seeking somebody who is ambitious and wanting to grow their career in other marketing roles The individual will be instrumental to delivering creative solutions both nationally and for our international partners.
Day to Day Objectives:
- Contribute ideas for new marketing content
- End-to-end project management of marketing projects when required
- Identifying and suggesting marketing opportunities that could contribute to meeting business goals
- Contribute to the delivery of exhibitions, including stand build/breakdown and exhibition attendance
- Work with customers to support their marketing goals
- Take ownership of an agreed schedule of projects
- To design and produce marketing material for our product portfolio
- Running and assisting with the administration of social media channels, including content origination (written, visual, video), content curation, and response.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns to build awareness (e.g. press, blogs, events, interviews, webcasts, presentations, infographics, marketing collateral)
- To manage updates and edits on our company website
Requirements:
- Degree (preferably in marketing or related field) and relevant experience desirable
- Strong creative talent
- Excellent storytelling, verbal and written communications skills
- Keen understanding of brand marketing and marketing support services
- Team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a wide range of individuals with differing opinions and diverse personalities
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and professional publications, prepare business correspondence, proposals and reports, effectively present information to internal groups and individuals, managers, clients and vendors
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
- Good technical proficiency

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
