Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.
- Create content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, blog posts, press releases, and newsletters.
- Write compelling and engaging copy for marketing materials, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and brand voice.
- Design visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for marketing materials.
- Manage social media accounts and develop a content calendar, including creating, scheduling, and monitoring social media posts and engagements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer insights, industry trends, and competitors' activities.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing and communication efforts, using analytics tools and metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and engage with our target audience.
- Assist in the development and management of marketing and communication budgets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and communications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in marketing/design roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong copywriting and content creation abilities, with a flair for storytelling.
- Proficiency in using various communication channels, including social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
- Experience in managing social media accounts and executing social media strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyse data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
- Knowledge of design principles and experience working within Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) or experience with Canva
