The Graphic Designer will be joining a small but collaborative team, producing work across a wide sector of clients and creative solutions from Branding and Design through to Digital, E-mail campaigns and Social Media. The Graphic Designer will be be a good all round creative, someone who can turn their hand to all creative tasks asked of a small agency, from design and concept through to artwork for print.
The Graphic Designer will:
- Have worked in a similar setting before, ideally agency but not essential
- Have a portfolio of mixed campaign, design work spanning print and digital
- Have a good understanding of working a brief / project from inception to completion
- Be confident in pitching to clients and be client facing
- Be comfortable in both designing and artworking print based briefs
- Be happy getting involved in all areas of the project and run under own steam
- Be a self starter, happy to offer fresh ideas and approaches, bring new energy to the agencies offering
This is a hybrid working role, with a couple of days as week onsite, and a few working from home offering a great home/work life balance. Having the chance to work across a range of clients and across a range of platforms will offer the Graphic Designer great exposure to broader work in the creative industry. Whether you're producing packaging, events and exhibitions, online materials, brand creation or POS, you will be instrumental in the ideation, development and creative outcome of each and every brief.
