Novomins is a fast growing nutritional brand. The team is comprised of doctors, scientists and experts in the FMCG field.We are seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and compelling designs that captivate our target audience. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand identity and overall market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop innovative and eye-catching designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital advertisements, social media graphics, print materials, website visuals, and product packaging.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Produce mock-ups and prototypes to present ideas and gather feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
- Communicate and coordinate with external vendors and printing partners when necessary.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts are integrated successfully.
Applicants must have:
- A proven track record as a Graphic Designer, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work and creativity across various mediums.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and make revisions to designs efficiently.
- Detail-oriented mindset and strong organisational skills.
Essential Skills:
- Graphic Design expertise with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box when conceptualising designs.
- Strong understanding of current design trends and techniques.
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Team player with excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in creating illustrations or icons to complement design projects.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and/or video editing software.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and practices.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web-related design projects.
- Familiarity with print production processes and specifications.
