Graphic Designer
We’re looking to appoint a Graphic Design Lead who can bring the charity’s vision to life with expert-level design skills and an organised, focused approach to the creative direction of projects and marketing campaigns.

Location: Hybrid/Swindon
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Duration: Permanent

The Role
You’ll work with the Head of Media Production and the Brand Manager to ensure the organisations output is high quality and on-brand. You’ll have the skills needed to lead on projects and enable a team of creatives to do their best work.
Working within the marketing and communications department schedule, develop and communicate the creative direction of projects and marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, providing the necessary direction for your design reports.
Responsibilities include:
- Fulfil briefs in line with strategic objectives, brand structure and visual identity
- Lead and be responsible for the quality of all design coming out from the media production team
- Manage, guide and brief suppliers in relation to the brand and oversee the quality
- Help to manage the integrity of the brand across the organisation
- Work with colleagues to organise and manage design projects from concepts through to delivery
- Work with the Print and Production Co-ordinator to develop creative solutions to new and old products – considering quality, price and sustainability
- Lead, direct and develop workflow process and capacity for the design area
- Team management
About You
As Graphic Design Lead, you will have formal design training/undergraduate degree and/or proven experience working as a professional graphic designer, as well as:
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience in print production, delivering high-quality results
- Experience in producing design assets for digital outputs across web, film and social media
