5 days / week onsite - South West London
At Neko, we have a great opportunity for a Midweight Designer to join one of London’s leading sports marketing agencies. This is a fantastic chance for the right sport enthusiast to work with some of the most iconic brands within the football, cricket, rugby, golf, F1 world amongst other sports.
This person will have strong conceptual skills as well as being able to create high end visuals of your ideas, and being fully hands on in delivering well finished Design work. You’ll also have an excellent eye for the craft of the design work that’s produced and be confident in taking control of projects from briefing to the final deliverables across print and digital.
Work will include a real variety of marketing materials; brochures, social media assets, sales aids / presentations (designed in InDesign / Photoshop) including infographics, just to name a few! You’ll also get the chance to create branded assets, designing hero graphics and design work for large format OOH, car wraps and events collateral.
You’ll need to have worked on a good variety of Print and Digital work before that includes examples of great layout / editorial work and marketing material. The successful Design Director will also need to be comfortable liaising directly with clients and internal teams taking briefs and overseeing the work of a Mid-Weight designer and offering them guidance.
This is a fantastic chance for the right designer to get their teeth into a real variety of work across some incredible clients for a range of Sports.
Must have’s:
- Passion for sport is essential! (and ideally have some experience of designing for Sport related accounts)
- Expert across the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator
- Strong Experience with Photoshop for image retouching and visualisation
- Great typographical skills, having worked on some editorial / brochures and ideally some infographic design
- An understanding of the print production process would be helpful
- Any Motion / After Effects would be useful but isn’t a prerequisite
