Job description
We at Moose Accents create and produce custom wallpapers, wall decals, murals, and other home decor products for residential and commercial spaces. Currently, we are looking for a talented designer available to work from our studio in Markham who loves everything about design. Our ideal candidate is creative and inventive, a problem-solver, and detail-oriented. We value employees willing to take ownership and pitch in to assist with any project. In addition, we expect our candidate to demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude towards customers and colleagues.
SKILLS
- Proficiency in Mac and Windows.
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite.
- Comfortable using social media (Canva, IG, FB, and Pinterest)
- Video editing and Photography
- Exceptional writing, proofreading and editing skills
- Customer service
- Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Able to multitask on multiple projects.
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist our online customers via chat/emails with their wallpaper needs.
- Create, edit and prepare design files in illustrator and photoshop.
- Prepare production-ready files of our products.
- Prepare and publish our product files on various web platforms.
- Maintain organized all digital assets, including backups and archives.
- Assist in production when required (printing, cutting, packing, etc.)
- Coordinate product shipments.
- Collaborate with ideas for new designs and products.
- Assist with other design and production requirements.
