Job description
With both graphic design and pre-press knowledge, the successful applicant will be responsible for processing manual and online orders received, as well as assisting the current graphic design team with general design work.
As well as managing the online sales orders, the successful candidate with work closely with the Internal Sales Team and liaise with clients via email, phone and online platforms. They will be creative, innovative, easy to get along with, well organised and must have a 'can do' attitude.
Essential Criteria:
* Experience in Graphic Design, Pre-Press relating to a print-based environment.
* Good knowledge of Adobe Software (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop). * Knowledge of various print materials and methods an advantage.
Main Duties will include:
Processing and managing all aspects of online orders received across our two websites. (www.mediadesignandprint.com and www.loadzalabels.com)
Training will be provided regarding order management systems.
Liaise with clients in a professional manner at all times regarding order confirmations, proofs, production schedules etc to meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £23,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Graphic design: 1 year (required)
- a graphic design or prepress environment: 1 year (required)
