Hemway is an Online manufacturer of DIY products we are currently looking to recruit a Graphic Designer to Join our team.
We are looking for someone with a proactive attitude who is eager to learn and put their skills to use. Someone who will go the extra mile when required and is keen to evolve and gain more responsibilities within the company.
This position would suit a designer looking to gain some commercial experience and presents a unique opportunity to work within a retail/eCommerce business, catering to an exciting, vibrant industry.
The role will involve:
Design and production of content for our websites and social media
Working alongside the Creative Manager to create new content to showcase products
Updating content to make sure everything is consistent along the line of products we sell
Listing products on different marketplaces.
The Person:
Intelligent and highly motivated individual with a desire to learn new skills.
Calm and thrives in a pressured environment and is accustomed to meeting high levels of finished work. Ability to work autonomously and also is a strong team player.
Skills required:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically
Photoshop & Illustrator.
Have an eye for detail and think of new ways to showcase design. Educated to graduate level in graphic design or equivalent
Desirable Skills:
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Experience using video (After Effects or Premiere)
Knowledge of HTML & CSS.
