All About the Role:
In two words - Challenging and Fun. We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer will work with the Creative Director and the Accounts Team, handling all aspects of client artwork and presentations, working to meet tight deadlines, and juggling multiple projects at once.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and interpret design briefs, concepts, and ideas to develop original and innovative illustrations that align with the clients’ visual identity and objectives.
- Create engaging unique illustrations that work for multiple printing techniques.
- Collaborate with the creative team, including Creative Director, Graphic Designer, and Marketing Manager to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
- Use a variety of artistic techniques, tools, and software (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant applications) to create high-quality illustrations that meet technical specifications and project requirements.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from clients or stakeholders to refine and improve illustrations, maintaining a strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on current design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to enhance skills and contribute to the continuous improvement of the design process.
- Assist in the development of style guides, brand guidelines, and visual standards to maintain consistency across all design assets and materials.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in the execution of artwork.
All About You:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in illustration and graphic design and experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
Our clients come from all industries, each with a distinct brand guide, so you must be highly adaptable, creative and original.
In an ideal world, you will have an understanding of the promotional products industry and experience in creating quality branded merchandise. Additionally, this role works closely with Camp Rightsleeve, with Account teams who have a number of camp clients each with differing look, feel, and voice – and it’s up to you to collaborate with our Account team to produce original artwork that will both impress and inspire.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- Familiarity and knowledge of garment/corporate apparel decoration and process
- Experience in video editing, motion graphics and studio photography is beneficial but not essential. (Adobe Premiere / Adobe After Effects)
- A keen eye for typography and colour correction
- Ability to quickly adapt to new circumstances or juggle multiple daily tasks and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills (Proof reading / project management tools)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Exceptionally creative & curious
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with an emphasis on illustration and production design
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Related experience with branded merchandise or the apparel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

Compensation:
$55,000 - $60,000 annually
