Graphic Designer | Hybrid (3-4 days per week in our London office)

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Content: Create eye-catching and on-brand Instagram stories and posts that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our followers.
  • Email Design: Design visually appealing email campaigns, newsletters, and templates to enhance our email marketing efforts.
  • Packaging Design: Develop captivating packaging designs that reflect our brand identity and stand out on the shelves.
  • Marketing: Create marketing materials such as leaflets, banners, and flags that effectively convey our brand's values and benefits.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent adherence to our brand guidelines across all design work.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver design solutions that align with our marketing strategy.
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and tools to maintain a high level of creativity and proficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across various mediums.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • A deep understanding of Free Soul's brand identity, values, and target audience.
  • Excellent creativity and an eye for detail, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of current design trends, particularly in the wellness and lifestyle sectors.
