Responsibilities:
- Social Media Content: Create eye-catching and on-brand Instagram stories and posts that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our followers.
- Email Design: Design visually appealing email campaigns, newsletters, and templates to enhance our email marketing efforts.
- Packaging Design: Develop captivating packaging designs that reflect our brand identity and stand out on the shelves.
- Marketing: Create marketing materials such as leaflets, banners, and flags that effectively convey our brand's values and benefits.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent adherence to our brand guidelines across all design work.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver design solutions that align with our marketing strategy.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and tools to maintain a high level of creativity and proficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across various mediums.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- A deep understanding of Free Soul's brand identity, values, and target audience.
- Excellent creativity and an eye for detail, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current design trends, particularly in the wellness and lifestyle sectors.
