Graphic Designer
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne or Remote
Salary band - £25,000 rising to £28,000
Contract: Monday – Friday, no weekends or bank holidays!
Due to continued growth, we have exciting opportunities for Graphic Designers to join durhamlane, full time and on a permanent basis.
We are looking for individuals who have a wide range of design skills from Brochure & eBook Design, to Social Media, Infographics and Digital Marketing. Responsibilities:
The Graphic Designer role is a distinct opportunity to design -
- Digital & Print Content Design (eBooks, case studies, whitepapers, one-pagers, etc.)
- Social Media Assets (static and video)
- Infographics
- Branding Design & Concepts

Our ideal candidate for the Graphic Designer -
- Self-starter seeking a multifaceted role within a fast-growing company
- Proven ability to effectively interpret briefs and design within brand guidelines
- Strong layout, typography, and photo-editing skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiastic with capability to work both autonomously and in a team
- Highly organised, able to manage various projects and meet deadlines
- Passionate about graphic design and marketing
- Hungry to develop skills across a range of software and creative outputs
- Animation (Adobe After Effects) and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro) skills are not required, but would be advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial (in-house, agency or freelance) graphic design. You will be required to demonstrate your work and skills through your portfolio.
