Job description
We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in house marketing team for the Britelite Group.
You will support our team with delivering graphic design across all of our print and digital assets, events, marketing and company forms.
Job Description
- Managing design briefs from concept stage through to completion.
- Work on multiple briefs simultaneously across a variety of different media.
- Liaise with our in house print facility to ensure all artwork is to print quality standard.
- Utilising a variety of design skills including sketching as well as digital programmes with particular strength in Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ensuring all work is completed on time, to the companies brand guidelines and with great detail.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to design fresh content for digital marketing campaigns including banners, emails, social media and brand development.
- Work on ad-hoc projects creating print graphics.
- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to at all times.
- Using creative problem solving to adapt brand strategy and overcome unforeseen visual/marketing problems.
Position Requirements
- Advanced knowledge and experience of Adobe Creative Suite with particular attention to Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- 2 - 3 years industry experience in a similar role.
- A strong portfolio of work demonstrating a range of creative skills (both technical and conceptual.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational & project management skills.
- The ability to work on multiple briefs and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
You will be required to work independently and as a part of marketing team.
The role will be office based for 16 to 24 hours per week at our Head Office in Maidstone.
