The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, websites and social media graphics.. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory, as well as the ability to work within branding guidelines and incorporate feedback from team members and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and present to internal teams
- Create graphics and visual elements for use in a variety of marketing materials
- Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective designs
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques into work
- Ensure that designs are executed with high attention to detail and quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Desired Skills
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS (Not essential as training can be provided)
- Ability to design for both print and digital media
- Understanding of branding and corporate identity design
- Ability to take design projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision

Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 per annum
