We're looking for an experienced graphic designer to create and design a variety of images to be used for our videos and social media channels. Experience in photoshop is essential. You must be organized to ensure deadlines are met, and willing to take on new challenges. You will be managing and directing a variety of creative people, and editing lots of work in photoshop daily. Necessarily, that means you must be focused on delivery work with a high attention to detail. You’ll be working in our office located next to old street roundabout in London. It’s got a vibrant atmosphere, with a creative community and free alcohol! There’s always coffee if you don’t drink; you’ll need a lot of that.
As our graphic design manager, your role will involve:
· Coming up with and creating unique thumbnail ideas in photoshop
· A/B testing thumbnails
· Brainstorming/storyboarding scenes
· Finding suitable images for designs
· Managing freelance designers and illustrators
Ideal candidates should demonstrate:
· A deep understanding of Photoshop. We’ll want to see a portfolio of your best work.
· Excellent communication skills
· A self-starter attitude with a diverse array of interests
· A creative spark with a proven ability to think outside of the box.
You should have a diverse field of interest and knowledge of the digital realm. Preferably, you'll have a bachelor’s degree demonstrating an exceptional track record of success. You should have an extensive portfolio of past work.
