We are recruiting for a Graphic Designer to lead the creativity of our in-house design team

BM Caterers are an award-winning family values led company providing contract catering and hospitality across London and the Home Counties.

We have an exciting opportunity for a graphic designer to join our award-winning marketing team. You will be working on both B2B and B2C communications. Asset design and production will include customer POS, restaurant graphics, social graphics, flyers, invitations, B2B corporate comms, reports, sales documents, newsletters, interactive PDFs, merchandise and email marketing. No two days will be the same and you will have plenty of creative autonomy.

The role offers a competitive salary package of £30,000 - £35,000 DOE. Based in central London, on a hybrid structure of 3/4 days onsite, 1/2 days WFH.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership to deliver creative projects & initiatives.
• Swiftly identify effective ideas and direct them through to well crafted solutions.
• Manage the complete process from brief to design solution, including all the production aspects

• Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic about design and people
• A foodie - interested in food, restaurants, and sustainability
• Experienced in producing B2C and B2B assets
• An excellent communicator. Confident engaging internal and external clients and mentoring other team members
• Accomplished across the Adobe creative suite and proficient in Microsoft Suite tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
• A keen photographer
• Experienced in print and digital design
• An inspirational role model for the creative team and wider company
• Obsessive about detail
