Junior Associates, Publication and Graphic Design are creative and use software to create compelling graphics to communicate complex concepts to customers. They support government programs by designing websites, creating graphics and models, and publishing content. They organize information and present it clearly, succinctly, and with style. Candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience and a strong interest in consulting, particularly in strategic communications and web communications.


Hybrid Work Environment:
Arc Aspicio is currently working in a hybrid work environment where employees at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and, as approved, remotely on a part-time basis. Candidates must live in the Washington, DC area on their start date, ready to work with their team.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing website requirements and developing content to support user needs
  • Developing innovative solutions for reaching target audiences through digital media and websites
  • Creating compelling graphics
  • Designing high-quality print and digital materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, reports, and other promotional materials
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure designs meet branding and messaging guidelines
  • Developing and maintaining a library of design templates and assets to streamline the design process
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, and continuously improve design quality and efficiency
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in web content and design and/or graphic design and publications
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Extensive experience delivering graphics that are compatible with SharePoint and other interfaces
  • Direct experience with client and stakeholder engagement and delivering work products for clients in a complex stakeholder environment
  • Proven to be flexible and thrive in dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potential
  • Demonstrated experience producing creative content across a variety of platforms including video
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
  • Technically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tool (SharePoint preferred)
  • Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
  • Clearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
