Job description
We are looking for a junior to intermediate visual designer to join our in-house marketing team. The person in this role is responsible for supporting the development of various internal and client-facing creative assets including, but not limited to: assets for social, creative for email campaigns, various content marketing needs, collateral for sales enablement (decks, datasheets, and event collateral)
- Hybrid, NYC
- Maternity Leave Coverage for Creative Marketing
- 1099 contract hire
- ~25 hrs per week Monday - Friday
- Target start date of September 4 to train in with the Creative Director going out for Maternity Leave at the end of September to return in January.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Figma, Powerpoint, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign required. Experience with WordPress is a plus.
- Prior experience working in a startup environment preferred.
- Comfortable managing multiple, parallel worktracks in a fast paced environment.
- Strong typography and graphic design skills.
- Robust design portfolio
- 3 years of experience in creative agency or marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate creative development and production across all media with a particular emphasis on print and digital.
- Produce and edit decks and datasheets.
- Create digital assets for the website, email and social media.
- Support creative needs surrounding events (booth design, collateral customization)
- Maintain and follow brand guidelines.
