JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
Graphic Designer will lead developing in concept, creativity work, and execution of print and digital collateral such as email, banners, social media content, and merchandising to support the teams. This position will report to General Manager, Amorepacific Canada.
Principal Accountabilities
- Work closely with marketing, social, and digital teams to design and deliver excellent content and collateral
- Develop, execute and maintain the online and social assets; email, display banners, social posts, gifs, educational content and merchandising renderings
- Support problem solving and develop prototype work with local vendors or headquarter counterparts
- Support in creating mood boards for social, merchandising, packaging (Holiday gift sets)
- Support the production of corporate branded material
Qualification and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in agency, brand, and/or retail work with BA degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts
- Related experience in beauty, fashion and/or lifestyle brands preferred
- Advanced knowledge of design applications (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc)
- After effect skill sets preferred
- Excellent typographic skills
- Knowledge of print materials
- Knowledge and experience with fine art and/or illustration
- Understanding of HTML and Flash is a plus

Contract length: 20 months
Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
