Job description
About us:
Named as the Overall Data Tech Solution of The Year 2022 by the SupplyTech Breakthrough Awards, 7bridges is revolutionising logistics through our SaaS platform. Everyone has experienced disruption over the past few years due to fragile supply chains, but we give companies the power to make this far more robust, efficient, and environmentally sustainable. 7bridges uses AI to achieve 30-50% lower logistics costs and a 5% revenue uplift for our customers.
Following a highly successful series A funding round in 2021 we’ve built a world class team across Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and People & Operations who are taking our business to the next level - and now we’re looking to fill the last few key positions…Headquartered in a townhouse in Soho, Central London, we operate a hybrid working environment with regular face to face co-working, off-sites and other events combined with remote working across the UK and Europe including a growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Building a remote-first IT infrastructure, we’re able to work with really talented people from across the world who bring deep experience and expertise in their domains.
As an ambitious, curious, and supportive team we know that if everyone was the same we couldn’t innovate or grow and that’s why we look for culture adds rather than culture fits! Our values were articulated by our people rather than written in a closed room by executives, and we’re all passionate about them! They are:
- Making it happen - We’re action-orientated, we take the initiative, make decisions and deliver impact
- No egos here - Humble and supportive, we’re committed team players
- Loving the challenge - We’re inherently curious, always looking for even better, smarter solutions - even to the hardest problems
- Believe in each other - We trust and empower each other to do what’s needed - we provide the platform, and the environment, to do it
Does this sound like an environment you’d thrive in? Do you want to make a real impact on a global scale? Then join us on this journey, because smarter supply chains benefit everyone.
