Job description
The Role
Incipio Group create beautiful venues with vibrant atmospheres for good times. We are looking for a bright and talented graphic designer to join our team and assist the marketing team in creating impactful and beautiful designs for our bars & restaurants across London. As a graphic design assistant you would report into Incipio’s Graphic Designer and work within the marketing team as well as working closely with the wider team and across all brand touchpoints for our venues.
Typical activities
- Designing brand identities
- Creating bespoke in-venue POS (Flyers/Posters)
- Marketing strategy
- Corporate decks and tenders
- Researching (competitors, trends, ideas etc.)
- Social design assets
- Digital assets for Newsletters and Websites
- Signage design for venues
- Designing food & drink menus
Role Requirements
- 1 year experience in-house, agency, or freelancing
- Strong typography skills
- Adobe Suite knowledge required
- Strong written and communication skills
- Confidence in brainstorming and working independently and with a team on various briefs - from pitch decks to brand identities
- A hands-on approach to problem solving and team working
- Understanding of artworking assets for print and digital
- Confident ability to show thinking (e.g. design research/mood boards)
- Passion for design and social media trends
