Due to our company growth we are looking for an experienced and innovative Graphic Designer/Social Media Executive to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated person who is passionate about digital marketing, knowledgeable about advertising, telecoms & technology and has strong copywriting skills.
Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer/Social Media Executive will work under the Marketing Manager and play a crucial role in developing and executing creative graphic design projects and managing our social media presence.
This individual will collaborate with various stakeholders to produce visually appealing designs and engaging social media content that effectively communicate our brand message and enhance our online presence.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, excellent writing skills, attention to detail, enthusiasm and creativity. Whilst 2 years employed experience is preferable if you have the ability to demonstrate the skills laid out in this spec, you may still be considered.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Work under the direction of a Marketing Manager to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives;
- Have a good understanding of Photoshop/Canva. (Adobe Illustrator is a bonus)
- Create visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, infographics, and other digital assets.
- Maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all marketing materials and channels.
- Aid in the Management of our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to ensure timely and relevant content distribution.
- Write engaging marketing copy for online campaigns, website, social media, blog and email campaigns;
- Create relevant marketing content to the target audience;
- Support Marketing Manager in implementing the marketing campaign to launch new landing pages, products and services;
- Design marketing materials such as digital brochures, case studies, banners and adverts;
- Contribute to the development of the ongoing updates and improvements to our website(We are currently launching a brand new website)
- Research potential clients and produce Excel sheets and client profiles of potential leads;
- Running various social media platforms - creating exciting content and engaging target audiences;
- Assist in marketing research and event planning.
Skills & Requirements:
- Understanding of the marketing, including advertising and digital marketing;
- 2 years' experience in digital marketing, Graphic Design, Social Media Management or similar (either through education or work experience);
- An understanding of marketing principles, on-site & off-site SEO, analytics, social media and digital channels;
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills to produce engaging and persuasive marketing copy for online campaigns, website, social media, blog and email marketing campaigns;
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
- Highly creative mind-set with a passion for marketing;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Proactive and enthusiastic personality and willingness to learn;
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
- Competent using WordPress CMS and Adobe Creative Suite;
- Ability to work to deadlines on your tasks;
- Graduated in Marketing or relevant field is a strong advantage.
