JOB DESCRIPTION: Graphic Artist - UK
FYI is looking for a Graphic Artist to work alongside the Account Manager and Lead Designer in our London, UK office. The Graphic Artist will assist in the initial onboarding and weekly updates as well as digital project creation using Adobe Creative Suite and the FYI application. Duties include daily communication with on-site partners and internal product team as well as graphic design of projects that align with branded templates and guidelines.
We work in small teams to solve problems, come up with solutions, and support one another. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, collaborative, and eager to make an impact at a fast-growing company.
The position is in London, UK and travels to Manchester or other locations as needed.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Assist in onboarding partners and providing weekly application updates.
- Provide excellent white glove customer service for all partners.
- Maintain workflow with lead designer, ensuring deadlines are met as per partners requests.
- Create digital projects to represent FYI branding and creative standards.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Creative strong background with illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Suite.
- Strong operational and organizational skills.
- Great attitude. Passion for music and culture.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Experience in production or on-set environments.
- Respect for details; ability to execute accurately at a high level without excess supervision.
- Ability to prioritize/execute to achieve desired company and project goals with prudence and sense of urgency.
- Takes initiative and self-direction.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibility and growth as the company expands.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Pay: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
