The travel marketing team at Four is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and ambitious graduate to join their expanding sales and marketing team working across the agency’s travel marketing accounts, which includes government tourist boards and private travel organisations..
We pride ourselves of understanding our clients business to deliver excellent results through creative planning and project/campaign delivery. We work b2b, b2b2c and b2c within a varied role and client portfolio.

Four is a full service agency offering the successful candidate the additional benefit of collaborative working with wider digital and creative teams to grow knowledge and experience across the full marketing and communications spectrum.
The role will involve sales (training/networking/programme development) and marketing (campaign administration / management with the team). The role does require the ability to travel in the UK and occasionally abroad.
Who are we looking for?
- Ideally the candidate will be a recent graduate
- Some work experience in marketing and travel marketing preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to express ideas clearly
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Commercial awareness
- Creativity and ability to generate ideas
- Good organisational skills
- Very good attention to detail
- Passionate about communication and ambition to develop new skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise and meet deadlines
- A working knowledge of social media channels
