You will be part of an amazing team helping recruit and prepare volunteers for their trips to Sri Lanka, Nepal, Costa Rica, and Morocco! As a Travel Consultant, you will be working on a variety of different tasks every day, no day looking the same.

You will be looking after the following areas.

  • Attending university fairs & events to promote Travelteer’s opportunities.
  • Organising online and in-person presentations to promote trips and volunteer programmes.
  • Interviewing volunteers (via phone / video call) to ensure they are suitable for the programmes and have the full details of the amazing trips we have planned for them.
  • Selling additional travel opportunities to the volunteers.
  • Answering inbound phone calls from customers and helping them with their queries.
  • Liaising with university partners and organising ways to recruit students to volunteer.
  • Helping prepare volunteers for their trips.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £19,855.00-£25,100.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
