McGrady Clarke, a global management consultancy providing sustainability and energy solutions, is seeking a dynamic and ambitious graduate to join our business development team as a sales oriented Sustainability Consultant.
As a Consultant, you will play a critical role in reaching out to potential clients, prospecting our services, and driving growth within our client book. You will work closely with our commercial team to optimize our approach to business development and collaborate with our operations and administrative function to ensure seamless execution.
This is a unique opportunity to directly support McGrady Clarke's purpose of helping clients achieve net-zero by delivering reliable and sustainable consulting. You will report directly to the senior management team and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of the business.
You will receive a base salary with realistic OTE of £40,000.00 in your first year.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting outreach to potential clients via email and telephone.
- Managing and achieving personal/team sales targets and KPIs.
- Working with our commercial team to optimize our approach to business development.
- Collaborating with our operations and administrative function to ensure seamless execution.
- Contributing to the development of our product/service offerings around energy and Net Zero.
Qualifications, Capabilities, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations to C-Level executives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Driven personality with a desire to exceed targets.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with sustainability and energy solutions is preferred but not required.
- Preferably 6 months + B2B sales experience.

- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Uncapped bonus structure.
