BAE do offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however it is expected, on our Graduate Programme, you will be required to attend your site 3-4 days per week. Please note, this may be subject to change in line with the needs of the business. The hybrid working arrangements including which days you are required to work on site/remotely will be outlined by your line manager.
Salary £34,000 + £2,000 welcome bonus
What you will be doing
As a graduate you will be responsible for undertaking HR related tasks with learning tailored towards developing the individual to becoming capable of progression by undertaking all aspects of HR related activity to cost, quality and schedule. HR related activity will include resourcing and recruitment, performance management, reward and recognition, employee relations, learning and development and organisation development.
- Working as part of the HR team you will be supporting the business to ensure all the people related processes and systems operate effectively and efficiently.
- You will be responsible for the delivery of the HR service into the business either as part of a specialist team or in a business partnering role.
- You will work across a range of stakeholders, and be accountable for delivering a range of business requirements and demands through the HR team.
Skills
As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any subject
