As a Graduate Software Engineer you will join one of the teams building the Fidessa trading platform. You could be writing an algorithm to intelligently automate order execution; building a highly resilient, global peer-to-peer network; tuning our low low-latency market access platform; or squeezing every last ounce of performance out of the in-memory database. Expect to be challenged, but, no matter what, you will be guided and supported by our team of passionate and experienced product managers, architects and engineers.

Design, implement and support well tested, high quality and maintainable software.

Contribute and collaborate with product owners, architects, and other software engineers to deliver software components.

Manage and prioritize own work workload to ensure the highest quality delivery to deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other STEM discipline

Experience programming in C++ and/or Java and/or C#

Familiarity with Linux / Unix operating systems

Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Financial markets knowledge, but, don't worry, we'll teach you all need to know.
