KEY DETAILS The successful candidate will begin their graduate position in September 2024. Purpose of the role We are currently recruiting for a graduate to begin and develop their career in our Development team. This is a great opportunity to join our strong Development team that specialises in UK and overseas Residential Capital Markets, Development Services, Housing Investment and House Building. The role will offer you the opportunity to rotate around the teams and we will support you with a RICS-approved Structured Training Agreement. Key responsibilities Research Our Research team is the largest in the Scottish private sector and the only company in Scotland covering all parts of the Scottish residential market. The team provide their clients with an understanding of development locations, target occupier markets and the overarching economic situation to enable them to make robust decisions. Land & Development Our L&D team advise on land, development sites, residential investment and PRS. They advise on every stage of the project, from early appraisals through to site disposals. Consultancy & Structured Finance Our Consultancy & Structured Finance team are experts in finding innovative funding solutions for both Private and Public Sector residential investment. Providing guidance in all project stages including financial modelling, JV/contract structuring, sourcing and securing short or long term funding, public sector procurement, asset management and rental solutions. New Homes Our New Homes team advise on new build developments through the country. Initially the consultancy advice assists developers in achieving the correct mix of specification to drive optimal price and rate of sale. The team then design, plan and fully implement the sales and marketing process to suit the requirement of the development. Build to Rent Our Build to Rent team is at the heart of the private rented sector in Scotland, with almost £1bn in assets under management. We provide a comprehensive range of BTR services and have the research expertise, experience and network to make Build to Rent work north of the border.
