We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Graduate Sales Development Representative to join one of the fastest growing startups in London! As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and identifying new business opportunities through prospecting and qualifying potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Conducting outbound sales outreach to identify potential customers
• Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for sales representatives
• Conducting research on target accounts and industries to understand their needs and pain points
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
• Staying up-to-date with the latest sales techniques and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential customers
• Self-motivated and driven with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with sales tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Passion for sales and willingness to learn and adapt in a constantly evolving industry

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
