Well known customers include Amazon, Sainsbury’s, WH Smith, Premier Inn, JP Morgan, Amazon, Costa Coffee, Samsung, Comic Relief, Trip Advisor, Dior, Armani, Superdry and Tiffany’s. They experienced 17% sales growth in 2022 and have ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years.
Role:
Start Date - Sept 2023
A fantastic opportunity for 8 graduates to join this well-known, prestigious food tech business. They have been hiring and developing graduates for years.
- 12 month structured training programme aimed at giving you all the tools to be a successful sales solutions professional
- You will get support from line management, a buddy in the form of a recent graduate and a mentor from the leadership team
- Responsible for your own clients from month 4
- It's lucrative. Expected earnings exceed £40k in year one, £50k in year two and £70k in year three
- We now lots of graduates who have progressed into leadership and director level positions- we have recruited some of them ourselves!
- Opportunity to travel internationally to networking events and meet graduates and leaders from other European offices
- Hybrid working available from month 4
Base salary is £28K to start with. Along with uncapped commission the package includes a laptop and smart phone, a car allowance worth £3K per year, fuel card and subsidised food and drink.
Profile:
