Graduate Risk Analyst – Financial Services
Location flexible - Hybrid, part home based and part office based from one of our many UK locations.
Fully remote available for the right candidate.
Salary £28k - £35k (DOE)

The Role...

Working closely with the Risk Director and using our fantastic risk management tools the work we do in Risk is all about helping colleagues from all areas of the business make the right decisions for our clients.
Key responsibilities include;
- Being a key Risk contact for the risk event process and overseeing risk events to resolution by the business, supporting root cause analysis and monitoring action plans to completion.
- Provide support to business teams in making the most of our Risk system, Resolver, and other tools, working with the Risk & Control Analyst to develop and maintain the functionality within the tool.
- Assist with the maintenance of risk registers across all business areas and assist the business in identifying and assessing risks helping them to design strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Review and validate that risk management processes are being adhered to by the business and escalating any non-adherence as appropriate.

- A recent degree (all disciplines will be considered but if this relates to a business-related subject even better).

- A strong ability to think laterally and spot issues before they manifest.
- Excellent communication skills: the ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.
