From day one you’ll be given real responsibility, gaining invaluable experience and exposure working alongside our industry experts and across your team. As a Graduate, you will working alongside the team to deliver the following:
- Participate in regular monthly safety meetings and always adhere to health and safety policy
- Support with cost estimating and monitoring of project budgets
- Assist the project team with planning, programming, cost control and administration
- Attend client meetings and other project related convention
- Support the project team with preparation of bids and delivery or services on multiple contracts
- Implement quality improvement where appropriate
- Assist in the management of multidisciplinary or single projects in accordance with the requirements of the project quality plans.

As a Graduate, other than your relevant degree, we don’t expect you to bring prior experience with you when you join us; we will give you all the skills and opportunities
We therefore keep our list of essential requirements to a minimum, but there are a few things needed to qualify for our programme:
- Minimum 2:2 Degree in Business Management / Economics / Project Management
- Available to join the programme in April or September 2023
- We want you to share our passion and desire to develop yourself within this exciting area.
