Our Graduate Talent Programme will empower you with the knowledge and experience you’ll need to service our international clients. You’ll get the chance to show what your made of and explore the many possible career steps within our organisation. You’ll learn where your talents lie and how you can best apply them in your work. The programme is designed for graduates who’d like to focus on their personal growth within a dynamic and international work environment.


Upon completion of 12 months, you will have the opportunity to be paired with the service line of your choice.


Highlights of our Graduate Talent Programme:


  • A one-year programme with intensive on-the-job support and lots of variety
  • The gained technical knowledge is immediately applicable in the tightly structured workplace learning
  • Close cooperation with other young, international colleagues and peers
  • Training geared to your professional and personal development. This includes specific technical knowledge sessions, soft skills training such as personal effectiveness, communication, and collaboration and peer learning sessions
  • Multiple informal activities with other graduates including a training weekend


Role and responsibilities


The following elements are interwoven into the programme:
  • A flying start in the first week with diverse trainings and a weekend away with other graduates starting at the same time as you
  • For 20% of your working week, you’ll get the opportunity to follow training courses tailored to your personal and professional development. Think of specific trust knowledge sessions, soft skills training and peer learning moments
  • On the job training, guided by professionals around you
  • Team rotations every four months, giving you the opportunity to gain experience within three different disciplines over the 12 month period
  • Informal activities organised throughout the year with other graduates in your cohort
  • As a global company, there are endless opportunities for personal development using all resources available to make you and your career a success. We will also support you in further study to support your new career
Required:


As a person you’re curious and entrepreneurial. You’re a team player and enjoy working with colleagues and business partners from different disciplines to help delight our international customers. You like diversity in your work, can take on different tasks and are good at working with deadlines. Furthermore, you find it important to develop yourself and you’re looking for opportunities to make an impact in our organisation.


Finally, you have at least the following:


  • 2:2 or 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline
  • Experience within the financial services sector by way of internships and/or paid placements preferrable, but not essential
  • A desire to work for a value-led and inclusive company that supports people to be their very best by providing both training and experience opportunities to progress within their chosen field
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Hold the necessary right-to-work documentation for the UK and/or Channel Islands
