Connect to your Industry

Portfolio clients span a wide range of sectors including private corporates, real estate funds, pension schemes, financial services brokers, investment managers, life insurance companies and securitisations.

Our business is built around a collective portfolio structure which makes room for an outstanding working culture, and you’ll get to see whole audits through from start to finish, across a wide and prestigious client portfolio.

As part of a growing team the role is technically challenging, highly rewarding and has great career prospects. Join us and you’ll be joining a growing team of proud, highly motivated people who are successfully helping to deliver outstanding quality audit engagements.

Connect to your career at Deloitte

Deloitte drives progress. Using our vast range of expertise, that covers audit, risk advisory, and consulting services across tax, legal, business, technology and corporate finance, we help our clients become leaders wherever they choose to compete. To do this, we invest in outstanding people. We build teams of future thinkers, with diverse talents and backgrounds, and empower them all to reach for and achieve more.

What brings us all together at Deloitte? It’s how we approach the thousands of decisions we make every day. How we behave, our beliefs and our attitudes. In other words: our values. Whatever we do, wherever we are in the world, we lead the way, serve with integrity, take care of each other, foster inclusion, and collaborate for measurable impact. These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.

Connect to your opportunity

This is where change happens. In our Graduate Programme, you’ll deliver end-to-end solutions that transform clients’ businesses, from major corporates to government departments. We offer a market-leading salary, benefits, a professional qualification, and endless opportunities to learn and progress.

Blending our advisory and digital capabilities, you’ll define strategies, plan their development, and implement outcomes. And you’ll collaborate – with clients and colleagues – on every project you work on. Together, you’ll imagine, deliver and run the future of their organisations, creating solutions for a digital age, where technology is at the heart of every transformation, and at the core of everything we do.

Our Channel Island offices in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man offer something unique; the opportunity to work for a Big Four firm whilst living in a beautiful island setting. Each island has a distinctive atmosphere with vibrant communities and a wide variety of outdoor pursuits on offer. Working in the islands presents the career opportunities found in large cities but with the benefit of short commutes and being able to take full advantage of the temperate climate as well as proximity to the sea, beautiful landscapes and nature.

Our offices may be smaller than some (c.200 colleagues across the three islands) but this doesn’t mean our clients are. The Channel Islands are home to diverse and thriving financial markets giving you the opportunity to work with high profile, prestigious clients.

We work with organisations of all sizes; from rapidly growing local companies to international private equity and real estate businesses with a global reach. Our broad range of clients means that no day in our Islands’ Audit practice is ever the same.

Our close-knit office community encourages plenty of hands-on experience and the chance to work closely with senior colleagues who invest in your development and career progression from day one.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

You’ll get to work with and learn from some of the most talented and experienced professionals in the industry and benefit from a unique training programme for new joiners. One that balances core skills along with the specific requirements of each of our Audit & Assurance businesses and gives you the flexibility to work, learn and develop in a way that suits you and fits with the business’ requirements.

As well as your professional qualification, you’ll join a programme designed to develop our future leaders and specialists. You’ll gain experience in a number of different areas of our business, and can potentially go on to work overseas or to experience life in one of our many specialist teams, such as Cybersecurity, ESG, Digital Transformation and Risk Advisory.

Whilst working at Deloitte you will get the opportunity to work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.

Essential Requirements:

  • You will need to have obtained or studying towards a 2:1 in any degree discipline, and have graduated by August 2023
