Graduate Process Engineer

What you will do:
As a Graduate Process Engineer, you will:
· Contribute to strengthen our safety culture putting safety at the forefront of everything you do.
· Assist site Process Engineers with NPD project commitments, carrying out plant trials on time in full using appropriate planning and trial execution tools Identify and address energy saving opportunities to contribute to the company carbon reduction targets Support where appropriate as we transition to Quality Assurance in our drive towards zero complaints. Use your knowledge of Statistical Process Control as we roll out the technique into new areas.
· Manage root cause analysis of Process, Quality and Energy problems using World Class Manufacturing tools.
· Support the World Class Manufacturing program and Quality and Process Control activities.
· Collection and analysis of production data to identify opportunity for improvements across the workshop K.P.I.’s
What you’ll need:
· You will hold or be expecting to graduate in 2023 with one of the following Degree qualifications or equivalent:
- Chemical Engineering
- Science Engineering
- Engineering Management
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Have practical experience and / or theoretical knowledge of your area of specialism
- Have strong communication skills, enjoy working in a collaborative environment and can apply your knowledge working with a diverse range of projects.
- Fast learner, resilient, adaptable, driven and flexibility are core personal traits we are looking for.
