The Role
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to join a high-growth, innovative organisation, as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Full training and support will be provided. You will have some knowledge about leading software tools and technologies including software quality assurance and test automation programming.
Job responsibilities include:
· Participation in all phases of testing lifecycle, creating test plans, and providing estimates.
· Create other test related documentation on request by the team.
· Assist Product Owner and Development manager in identifying test scope, identifying project risks, and implementing process changes and efficiencies.
· Create and maintain test artifacts (CICD/QA Automation - Cucumber) and facilitating artifact reviews.
· Interface and communicate with internal teams and external support groups.
· Creation of test strategies, planning & execution/implementation of automated test cases.
· Act as an owner for application quality; identify and log defects and verify defect resolution.
· Maintain test framework, test environments and automated test packs.
· Monitor and test connectivity of integrated systems and components.
· Reporting issues clearly and promptly through JIRA whilst providing regular updates in Daily Stand-ups
· Attend and participate in meetings that involve testing and supporting live releases through quality checking the release once completed.

Essential Skills and Qualities:
· Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role or a related degree
- Eye for detail
- Knowledge of software development QA methods, tools, and processes
- Genuine interest in a career in tech, particularly user experience
- Problem-solving attitude
- Curious and willing to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility & adaptability to learn and apply new processes, demonstrating continuous improvement.
