Marlin owns and operates a collection of Serviced Apartments, Hotels and Aparthotels across London and Dublin. We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Operations Manager to join our highly successful team and contribute to the leadership in a variety of departments. This program will give Graduates experience of working in 2 brands in addition to our central support office. The aim is to prepare graduates for Operations Management roles across the 2.5 year programme.

What will I be doing?

This will be a dynamic and fast moving role. It will suit a tenacious and curious graduate that is willing to learn within the heart of our operation. The programme will include:

• 4 Months working with our Guest Experience team in the central support office, learning to analyse macro and micro data.
• 8 Months working with our Hotel leadership team, working in housekeeping, front desk, F&B and Duty Management
• 4 Months working with our Commercial team handling reservations, supporting with yielding and pricing
• 8 Months with our apartment team working with Reception, Room checkers and Property Managers
• Your final module will be a 6 month placement in a Trainee Manager role

What do I need to be successful in this role?

• Hospitality professionals thrive in social settings. They're intuitive, amicable and personable. We're looking for someone that can clearly demonstrate these skills.
• Ideally, the candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality or retail
• This role will require a minimum of a 2:2 in any discipline
