Operations and Supply Chain Graduate Scheme
Starting salary - £30,000 per annum
Based at multiple locations across the UK
Operations and Supply Chain are pivotal to our business. Joining our graduate scheme will give you the knowledge and hands on experience you need to understand exactly how our products are made, and then find their way to the supermarket shelves.
You will need to be a quick learner, love working in a fast-moving environment, be able to develop first class communication skills and enjoy early responsibility.
The Scheme is 18 months in duration and will be based at any of our sites across the country, so flexibility on location is a must It starts in September on the same date as all our other Graduates (this is key as you all join as a cohort)
You will start with a two week induction at our head office, to gain a broad overview of our company structure and gain an introduction to our brands and values You will then start a rotational placement programme which will give you the opportunity to work in a number of different roles across our sites Placements can be in any of these areas: Supply Chain, Technical, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Operations Management, Demand Planning, Logistics or Forecasting.

2.1 (obtained or predicted) degree in an engineering, manufacturing or science related discipline
