This is a management trainee position, where you’ll be learning every aspect of running Mathnasium and building your skills to enable you to grow into a Centre Director position within the next 12-18 months.
You will spend time working in centre as well as with members of the head office team and learning the ins and outs of marketing, day to day operations and educational delivery.
day to day you will be supporting the Centre Director in developing the business. You will be working with a passionate, driven team that has a direct impact on the lives of our students and the community we work in.

Working in an education business you will be happy working around students up to GCSE, although this will not be the primary focus of your role.
We are looking for someone who is commercially minded and driven.
What you will learn:
This is very much a management trainee role. You will undergo our world class training programme, covering all aspects of the business from management to marketing whilst being personally mentored by the Centre Director and taught how to:
- Build, Train and Develop a high performing team;
- Deliver an exceptional experience for parents and students alike;
- Actively close sales;
- Build effective relationships with customers (parents and children);
- Directly supervise the business, ensuring, and maintaining high quality standards;
- Foster relationships with the local community, schools & authorities

What About the Money?
Year 1 Starting salary - £20,000 to £30,000 per annum (DOE) basic, with an uncapped centre performance based bonus scheme.
As we said at the start, we see this as a stepping stone to becoming a Centre Director. A Centre Director will typically earn £40,000 - £60,000.
