BM Ltd is looking for a full-time, onsite, Management Trainee to join our team in our Glasgow location. This position is for the duration of the transition and will be responsible for learning all aspects of the business including accounting, finance, operations, sales, customer relations, and human resources. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt quickly to change and work independently.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well with others in a team setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation to get to the location on site.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,827.00-£25,679.00 per year
